The dogfight loop the Aviator listing describes
I filed this note from the US App Store card for ACE Fighter: Modern Air Combat, read on 25 September 2026. I did not install the build. What follows is the loop the listing itself describes, plus what the two store stills actually show.
What the blurb says you do
The description pitches a 3D dogfight in modern jets, against other players, with a roster it calls more than twenty fighters based on real prototypes. It also claims more than fifteen missiles and anti-missiles, a call for air support, and a kill camera after a shot lands. Controls are described as easy. Environments named in the text are city, desert, and mountain.
That is a combat loop, not a procedures trainer. Take an airframe, bring weapons, find a target, fire, watch the result. The card does not print a mission tree, a briefing length, or a fuel model. I am not going to invent those.
What the hangar still adds
The hangar artwork names a Mitsubishi F-2 and prints four numbers beside it: hit points 4000, fire power 30, speed 2470 km/h, lock range 5 km. A column labeled weapons shows three counts. A control says Support Fighter. A green note says you need the previous aircraft to unlock the next one. A chip offers a starter pack named F16 Falcon V. Those labels are on the still. They are the card’s own UI, not a spec sheet I measured in flight.
What the chase still adds
The second scene is a tail view over desert hills. A banner says to destroy all enemies, with three remaining. A reticle locks an F5-Tiger and prints a distance. Speed and altitude sit along the bottom. Weapon counts sit on the right, one of them marked ready. Pause, a jet tally, and a small radar sit in the corners. The desert matches one of the three environments the blurb names. The city and the mountain are not in the stills this card supplied.
Limits of this note
Multiplayer is a sentence in the description (“join players from around the globe”). The stills do not show a lobby, a ping, or a match result. The kill camera is claimed and not pictured. I cannot tell you whether the lock range on the hangar panel is the range you get in the chase. The docket stops where the card stops.
