Introduction

The site is a reading docket for one App Store listing. It does not offer an account, a profile, or a saved progress file.

Information We Collect

If you accept the cookie bar, the browser stores one preference cookie so the bar stays dismissed. The contact form does not submit to a database here. It hands the text to your own mail app, addressed to [email protected]. Server logs at the host may record an IP address and the page requested. I do not run a separate analytics tag on these pages.

How We Use It

The preference cookie only remembers the bar. Mail you send is read so I can correct a fact. Logs are used to keep the host running.

Data Security

Pages are served over HTTPS when the host is configured for it. There is no password store on this site because there are no accounts.

Third-Party Services

Store buttons open Apple’s App Store. Apple’s own privacy page applies there, not this one. Type is loaded from Google Fonts. The ACE Fighter: Modern Air Combat listing has its own privacy nutrition label, written by Pouria Partazian, which I do not control. On the day I checked, that label said identifiers and usage data may be used to track you, and that other data may be linked to you. Read Apple’s card for the current wording.

Cookies

One first-party cookie, set only after you press Accept. Name: plm_ack. It stores that you dismissed the bar. You can refuse by ignoring the bar, or delete the cookie in the browser.

Your Rights

You can ask what mail I still have from you, and you can ask me to delete it. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local authority. The company address is in Amsterdam, Nederland.

Children's Privacy

This docket is not aimed at children. The app’s own age line is on the store card (13+ on the US page, 12+ on the lookup record). I do not knowingly collect a child’s personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
